Kona Qualifying
IM Lanzarote offers 6 Kona Pro Qualifying slots. With only 10 female and more than 40 male starters, both of the 2 unassigned slots should go to the men. This means that the slots are probably going to be offered to:
- Andi Boecherer, Boris Stein, Matt Trautman and Kristian Hogenhaug on the men’s side,
and - Laura Siddall and Justine Mathieux on the female side. (Michelle Vesterby already secured her slot at IM Cozumel 2019.)
The final slot allocation and any declines will be handled in the next few days. I will update this post when there are any changes.
